Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Pax Horizon Wealth Management, LLC (“Pax Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes that our relationships with current and prospective clients are based on integrity and trust. We work hard to maintain your privacy and to preserve the private nature of our relationship with you. We place the highest value on the information you share with us. We want clients, prospects, and website visitors to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect personal information.

Why We Collect Your Information

We gather information about you so that we can:

  • Help design and implement the investment and financial planning related services we provide you;
  • Respond to inquiries and operate this website (including optional analytics, if you consent); and
  • Comply with the Federal and State laws and regulations that govern us.

What Information We Collect and Maintain

We may collect the following types of “nonpublic personal information” about clients and prospects:

  • Information from our initial meeting or subsequent consultations about your identity, such as your name, contact information, social security number, date of birth, and financial information;
  • Information that we generate to service your financial needs; and
  • Information that we may receive from third parties in connection with the services we provide you.

On this website, we may also collect information you voluntarily submit (for example, contact forms or lead magnet requests such as name and email) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, limited technical data via Google Analytics as described below.

Website Cookies and Analytics

We use optional analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and general engagement). Analytics cookies are not set for analytics storage until you select Accept on our cookie banner.

  • Accept: Allows analytics storage so GA4 can measure site usage. We do not enable advertising storage, ad user data, or ad personalization for remarketing on this site.
  • Decline: Keeps analytics storage denied. We will not use analytics cookies for measurement in that case.
  • Change your choice: Use in the site footer (or the control below) at any time.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to decline analytics cookies.

Essential functionality may still use local browser storage for preferences you set (for example, remembering your cookie choice or dismissing a site notice). Form submissions you initiate (contact or checklist requests) are processed to respond to your request and are separate from analytics cookies.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including rights to know/access, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms are defined by law).

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly applied to this website’s configuration: we do not run third-party advertising or remarketing pixels on this site, and our analytics consent grants analytics storage only (not ad storage or ad personalization).

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale/share to opt out of for this website. You may still decline analytics cookies using , and you may contact us to exercise other applicable California rights.

To submit a California privacy request (access, deletion, correction, or questions about this notice), contact Christopher Edwards, Chief Compliance Officer, at (858) 230-8094 or via our Contact page. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

What Information We Disclose

We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. Pax Horizon may disclose client's nonpublic personal information: (1) to individuals and/or entities not affiliated with Pax Horizon, including, but not limited to third-parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s) (i.e., sub-advisers, account custodian, record keeper, attorney, etc.); (2) to service providers contracted by us in order for us to perform the duties in furtherance of the client's engagement with Pax Horizon (i.e. client management systems, archiving technology vendors, cloud service providers, analytics providers when you have consented to analytics cookies, etc.); (3) to your authorized representative or power of attorney; (4) when we receive your prior consent; (5) in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and (6) as otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with the parameters of applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.

We will not sell your personal information. No contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. In the event that Pax Horizon has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose nonpublic personal information not covered under applicable law, Pax Horizon will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. We safeguard client information by preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information. Arrangements with companies or independent contractors not affiliated with Pax Horizon will be subject to confidentiality agreements.

Former Clients

Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you, and we will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information with strict confidentiality. We maintain all records regarding all former clients for the retention period required by law.

Clients and website visitors are encouraged to discuss any questions regarding privacy policies and procedures directly with Christopher Edwards, Chief Compliance Officer of Pax Horizon. Please contact Christopher Edwards at (858) 230-8094.
